Culinary Experience
Build employee camaraderie in the kitchen

Emerald Pointe Hotel & Conference Center offers the Culinary Experience Cooking Class for team building. The 3-hour Cooking Class accommodates a class of 10-40 people.

Participants will learn basic culinary skills and terms. During the competition, each team will be broken into 4-person pods. Each team will be given a recipe and all ingredients to prepare a 3-course meal. Teams will be judged based on presentation, creativity and authenticity of the original recipe.
