Succulent Seafood Buffet
All-you-care-to-eat seafood at Lake Lanier Islands Resort
Loosen the belt buckle and enjoy the best from the sea on Friday and Saturday evenings this summer at the Succulent Seafood Buffet at Lake Lanier Islands Resort.
The all-you-care-to-eat buffet will feature: peel & eat shrimp, baked shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, steamed crab legs, almond crusted trout with brown butter, crab topped tilapia with beurre blanc sauce, Maryland style crab cakes, seared salmon with cream dill sauce, char grilled Mahi Mahi with Fire & Ice compote and Clams Casino. Side dishes will include mixed green salads, fresh fruit, tomatoes au gratin, parsley fingerling potatoes, marinated grilled vegetables and rice pilaf. No seafood buffet would be complete without homemade hush puppies, fresh baked cheese biscuits and Southern Style Cole Slaw direct to the table. Slow roasted carved prime rib is also available each night.
A Build Your Own Seafood Pasta Station will feature pastas of Penne, Bowtie, Tri Colored Rotini and Linguine. Toppings include shrimp, lump crabmeat, seared scallops, mussels, artichokes, black olives, diced tomatoes and diced colored peppers. Choose from Alfredo, marinara or white wine butter sauces for your created pasta dish.
The price is $37.95* for adults, $19.95* for children ages 6 to 12 and children under 6 eat for free.
