Must posses strong leadership skills. |

Directs, controls, and develops all aspects of F&B operations. Recommends operating criteria in compliance with corporate Food and Beverage Standards Manual. Works to develop food and beverage selections in close patnership with Executive Chef as well as working with Marketing Staff in development of advertising, public relations and direct mail system. Maintains emphasis in the catering dept on proactive sales activity using detailed sales analysis of catering business by market segment and time period.In charge of all Food and Beverage staff at the hotel and throughout the Islands. Maintain high degree of visibility for deterrence of crime. Maintain and drive patrol car. Must be 21 years old with a clean MVR for 3 years. Available weekends and holidays. Must have minimum of 3 years prior catering sales experience. Delphi Sales Software experience a plus. Available to work primarily Mon - Sat (some Sundays), shift hours 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.(some evenings). |

Experience and skills in website content management, writing and editing for the web, graphic design and site management.
