Department Position Description
Banquets Captain

Experienced Banquet Captain with a proven track record of organization, leadership, attention to details, pre-planning and excellent communication skills. Must be able to provide consistency in service standards. Ability to work in fast paced environment with supervisory experience and ability to lead a diverse team. Available all shifts to include weekends and holidays.  Part-time and On-Call shifts also available.

Golf Maintenance Equipment Operator

Previous golf maintenance (Turf Grass) experience preferred, must perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance, mainly semiskilled ground construction, preparation and maintenance work. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to operate powered mowing equipment, hand tools and complete daily manual labor, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Some weekends are required. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Maintenance General Maintenance

Must have previous general maintenance knowledge, skills and experience in plumbing, A/C, carpentry, mechanical and electrical. Ability to drive company vehicles; must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Weekend availability required.

Weddings Wedding Coordinator

Seasoned associate with prior experience in a Conference Services position in a high volume catering setting. Detail oriented, extremely organized with proven history handling large social events and multiple events at one time while able to work effectively under time constraints. Superior guest service skills. Proficient with Word, Internet and other computer programs; Delphi knowledge preferred.

Banquets Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant

Assist Banquet Managers in all administrative duties relevant to the Banquet department.  Responsibilities include: Typing 40 WPM, filing, calculator, food and beverage background preferred and computer knowledge in Word Perfect Lotus, Microsoft and Print Shop.  Ability to prioritize workload. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.  Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.  Ability to do multiple tasks at a given time.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Assistant Manager

Provide direct hosts, servers, and bussers; interact with guests to ensure they have a positive dining experience; manage employees, regulate business operations, and resolving customer issues. Minimum of three years food and beverage service background and with at least one year restaurant management experience required.  Flexible hours required.

Banquets Assistant Banquet Manager

Supervision of banquet service staff, bartenders and set-up staff.  Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years previous banquet supervisory experience required.

Stewarding Lead Kitchen Steward

Able to read and write; solid math skills; ability to lift 50 lbs; help maintain all food storage areas, assist in monthly inventory and weekly food purchases.

Banquets Garde Manager Supervisor

Previous experience in hotel, resort or club. Pantry/Garde Manager/ Banquet experience of minimum 3 years.  Previous Supervisory level experience preferred.  Able to produce quality cold presentations including seafood, cheese, fruit and crudités; dessert displays; deli platters etc.  AOS in Culinary Arts of graduate of ACF Apprenticeship a plus.  Able to manager guest experience through directing cold kitchen team to create fresh and high quality foods.  Strong math and communication skills needed and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Must be at least 21 years of age with previous bartending experience in a fast paced full-service restaurant and work well under pressure. Basic mathematics and POS systems knowledge. Great guest service, cleanliness and organizational skills, must be reliable and dependable and have excellent interpersonal skills. Must have flexible schedule availability as shift times vary, weekends and holidays availability is required. Approx. employment months: March - October.

Must have previous experience in fast paced, full-service restaurant with supervisory skills, great communication, cleanliness and organizational skills, ability to work well with others, be reliable and dependable. Sunset Cove Common Area Attendant

Duties include keeping public restrooms clean and stocked. Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs and work in outdoor elements. At least 18 years of age preferred. Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

F&B (LW / Is Catering) Cook

Previous fast food operation or short order cook 1+ years experience. Able to work outdoors in summer elements and work well with others. Must have great communication, organizational and cleanliness skills. Must be available weekends and holidays.

Lanier World F&B Server

Great guest services skills with previous order taking and serving experience. Must be dependable, cleanliness and organizational skills required. Able to stand for long periods of time, shift times vary, but must be available to work weekends and holidays

Harbor Landing Dock Hand Attendant

Ability to assist in the general maintenance and up keep of the harbor boat fleet, assist guests in the operation of the boat fleet. Must be courteous, cheerful and possess effective communications skills. Have some knowledge and experience with boating in order to be effectively informative when assisting guests. Willingness to clean boats, remove trash and  maintain docks; ensure daily proper inspection of all boats for cleanliness and properly operational. Ability to work in outdoor weather and around bees; ability to lift 50lbs and ability to swim required.

Housekeeping Common Area Attendant

Maintain cleanliness in public areas to include designated office spaces, retail shops within the lodge. Assure all restrooms are clean and in sanitary conditions. Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort required, must have excellent communication skills and guest service skills. Availability to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays. 

Housekeeping Pool Attendant

Must have great guest service skills, interpersonal skills, be a self-starter and self motivated. Ability to service guests as need while maintaining pool area. CPR/First Aid Certified a plus. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays are a must. 

Lanier World Admissions/Rentals Supervisors

Responsible for overseeing the admissions/rental staff; hiring, training and scheduling. Ensure guest service within department is exceptional. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Ability to work outdoors, exposed to summer weather elements and able to stand for long periods of time. Shift times vary, weekends and holidays required.

Housekeeping Public Area Attendant

Strong computer skills and cash handling experience required.  Excellent customer service telephone and in person skills a must.

Rooms Shuttle Driver

Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid Driver's License, CDL preferred. Excellent driving record. Previous bus or shuttle driving experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills.  Must be available days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Spa, Tranquility Massage Therapist

Must possess excellent communication skills and provide product knowledge, administer professional massages and body treatments to our clients. Ability to maintain spa appearance and cleanliness while upholding to our standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and follow policies and procedures. Must hold and maintain a current state license. Be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities and have knowledge of physiology. Ability to promote and up-sell products and services.

Banquets Server

Must have previous experience in fast paced full-service restaurants with POS systems. Cleanliness and organizational skills, reliable and dependable, great communication and interpersonal skills. Available to work all weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Harbor Landing Master Captain 265

Responsible for safety and efficient boating, including compliance with all local laws, as well as any state or company policies.  Master Capt USCG License required.

Harbor Landing Houseboat Housekeeper

Responsible for the maintenance of luxury boats. Attention to detail focus is vital to ensure highest standards of cleanliness are maintained. Ability to work in outdoor weather .
