Department Position Description
Legacy Lodge Kitchen Cold Prep Cook

Previous experience required. Ability to prepare all the components of cold appetizers, ranging from salads to cheese plates and present them wonderfully. Excellent knife skills and should be an expert in dicing, carving and chopping; able to do simple carvings and garnishes. Work in coordination with other line cooks, be a team player. Must be well organized with great presentation and sanitation skills. Available to work weekends and holidays.

Lanier World/Snow World Assistant Manager

Assist in the overall daily management & operation of Lanier World during season and Snow World during season. To insure a positive work environment for associates and a safe, pleasant recreational experience for Guests. Previous supervisory/management skills required. Available weekends and holidays. Must be hands-on, very detailed, able to be flexible to changing needs, have great communication skills and possess exceptional guest service skills.

Windows Restaurant Server

Must have previous experience in fast paced full-service restaurants with POS systems; MICROS preferred. Cleanliness and organizational skills, reliable and dependable, great communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., replenish condiments as necessary and reset tables as needed.  Available to work weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. Banquets Set-up Supervisor (PM)

Coordinates set-up and break-down of functions, weddings, conferences and their functions island-wide per set-up specifications. Previous experience in wedding set-up is a plus, must have supervisory skills, great communication and excellent guest service skills. Supervises up to 8 - 12 associates. Must be able to lift and carry up to 60+ lbs. Available to work all days, weekends and holidays, this is evening/night position.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Available to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Assist in the day-to-day operations within the department. Ensure all areas are maintained up to standards. Assistance with scheduling, payroll, administrative duties, etc. Previous hotel experience required. Bilingual preferred; Spanish and English. All shifts and weekend availability required.

Islands Maintenance Electrician

To maintain, repair and install electrical equipment and systems throughout the entire property to ensure safe and proper operation. Electrical, plumbing, commercial wiring knowledge required. Must have basic mechanical skills related to HVAC systems, boilers, pumps and general maintenance skills.  Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Valid driver's license with good driving history. 

Golf Course Maintenance Golf Course Foreman

Assist with the direction and supervision of the golf course and maintenance team as determined by the Golf Course Superintendent. Previous general maintenance knowledge of turf grass management, plant management and golf course operation including proper use of equipment, spray, fertilizer, etc. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Treatment Operator

Under general supervision, performs technical work; performing preventive maintenance and reading various gauges and meters, collecting lab samples, and performing required analysis and tests. Requires working in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility with repetitive hand movements. Must comply with all company and department regulations. Must be able to perform strenuous work in dusty, wet, hot and dry environments.

Windows Restaurant Cook

Primary responsibility to produce breakfast buffet and a'la carte items. Will assist in lunch and banquet production, cold prep and work omelet stations in Window restaurant and on banquet and holiday buffets. Must be familiar with dry and moist cooking methods; presentation of hot foods. Able to read written instructions, able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Available every weekday, every shift to include weekends and holidays.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Line Cook

Must have previous experience in a 'la carte or quick service restaurant operation. Ability to saute, fry, grill, steam a variety of foods, follow recipes and able to rotate product. Willing to learn and follow proper open/close procdures. Must have cleanliness, organizational and great communication skills, ability to work well with others, be reliable and dependable. Available all shifts to include weekends and holidays.

Conference Services Conference Services Manager

Coordinate services for groups and events across the Islands. Will meet with clients on a daily basis to ensure the successful execution of event and to upsell products/services. Prepare and distribute BEO's and Sales Resumes. Must be able to keep detailed records and have strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must.

Butler's Pantry Barista (Coffee Attendant)

Maintain a presentable retail outlet, including the food and beverage aspect. Provide friendly service; must have exceptional guest service experience. Ability to restock merchandise as needed, maintain accurate inventory and communicate well with staff and supervisor. Previous Barista experience required. Must have cleanliness and organizational skills. Must be available all shifts to include weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Server Assistant (Busser)

Assist the Servers with pre-bussing, drink refills, delivering food, cleaning and re-setting tables. Available to work all days/shifts, able to work weekends and holidays. Some heavy lifting/carrying required up to 75 lbs.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Server

Previous full-service restaurant experience, must be friendly and have organizational and cleanliness skills. Available to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work well with others, work outdoors in summer elements and work under pressure.  Basic bar drinks knowledge helpful. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. 

Windows Restaurant Host(ess)

Exceptional guest service skills, pleasant and with good communication skills. Eager to always service guest with a smile. Must have organizational and cleanliness skills. Able to maintain service counts, reports and assist service staff as needed. Prior experience highly preferred. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Front Gates Attendant

Must have great communication skills and guest service skills. Direct guest to proper destinations. The collection and accurate reporting of fees and traffic.  Maintain effective communications with Public Safety officers and other island personnel. Maintain radio, key, dispatch logs, and incident log. Monday - Sunday availability and weekends/holidays.

Bullfrogs Bar & Grille Greeter

Most important person in the restaurant! You set the tone for the dine-in experience. Responsible for Welcoming all guests as they arrive. Escort and seat guests at appropriate table. Ensure all guests are Thanked upon departure.

Must be available to work weekends and Holidays.

Windows Restaurant Prep Cook

Will assist in the production of Windows and Banquet buffet foods. Focus on proper presentation, garnishing and freshness. Assist in daily buffet by working action stations and carving stations as needed. Responsible for cleanliness and organization of buffet areas while ensuring food safety by maintaining proper food temps. Will have guest interaction; must have great customer service skills.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Prep Cook

Assists the Cook with all phases of food prep. Prepares salads and dessert plates. Expedite food plates from the food window to the servers. Helps to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Snow World Snow Machine Operator

Daily operation and maintenance of blowing snow in to the play areas. Must have basic mechanical skills and general maintenance skills. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Harbor Landing Boat Captain

Operate group boats and other boats as requested for guests of Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Assist dock staff with up keep on boats by informing the Harbor Manager. Must have a valid 100 Ton Masters License from USCG, previous captain experience. Great guest services experience is required.

Banquets Server

Must have previous experience in fast paced full-service restaurants with POS systems. Cleanliness and organizational skills, reliable and dependable, great communication and interpersonal skills. Available to work all weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.
