Previous successful experience in banquet kitchen in high volume hotel/conference center or similar. Hands-on leadership role guiding team to produce the best quality group meals, weddings and receptions in a fast-paced environment. Creativity in production and presentation while maintaining costs and ensuring food safety is a must. Ability to interact with our guests to ensure their total satisfaction is key. Must have great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities: oversee all aspects of banquet events, including set-up, menu selection and food preparation, serving, and cleanup, employee hiring, training and coaching banquet department supervisors and staff.  Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must be at least 18 years of age with previous serving experience in a very fast-paced full-service restaurant and able to withstand the outdoor environment. Excellent guest service skills required. Must have flexible schedule availability as shift times vary, weekends and holidays availability is required. Approx. employment duration: Spring - October.

Duties include keeping restrooms clean and stocked and maintaining the overall cleanliness of Lanier World. Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs, work in outdoor elements and walk regularly. Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Availability to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.  Part-time positions also available.

Must have cleanliness and organizational skills, must be reliable and dependable. Previous experience preferred, able to work in fast-paced restaurant, work long shifts and stand for long periods of time. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must have flexible schedule availability as shift times vary, weekends and holidays availability is required.

Previous golf maintenance (Turf Grass) experience preferred, must perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance, mainly semiskilled ground construction, preparation and maintenance work. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to operate powered mowing equipment, hand tools and complete daily manual labor, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Some weekends are required. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Outstanding work ethic with guest services skills, able to multi-task, work well under pressure and be a team player. Available to work all days/shifts, able to work weekends and holidays and willing to work long hours.  Some heavy lifting/carrying required up to 75 lbs.

Must have 2+ years related experience in a 'la carte or quick service restaurant operation. Ability to saute, fry, grill, steam a variety of foods, follow recipes. Must have cleanliness, organizational and great communication skills, ability to work well with others, be reliable and dependable. Available all shifts to include weekends and holidays.

Maintain cleanliness in public areas to include designated office spaces, retail shops within the lodge. Assure all restrooms are clean and in sanitary conditions. Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort required, must have excellent communication skills and guest service skills. Availability to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays. 

Leadership role for Lanier World restaurants, must enjoy working in a high volume, fast-paced team environment, with main focus on total guest satisfaction. Previous supervisory hotel experience in a'la carte and banquets or equivalent high volume restaurant experience. Possess excellent knife skills and ability to produce high quality foods, ability to read and produce recipes on a consistent and ongoing basis. Ability to create production charts, purchase requisitions and complete employee schedules bases on forecasted business. Must have great verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

Must have great guest service skills, interpersonal skills, be a self-starter and self motivated. Ability to service guests as need while maintaining pool area. CPR/First Aid Certified a plus. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays are a must. 

Must have previous cooking experience with cleanliness and organizational skills. Ability to read and follow recipes, preparing and cooking food to order in a fast-paced environment. Available to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs.

Must have previous experience in high volume cash accounting situation, at minimum heavy high volume cashier experience. Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must. Ability to walk the park, assisting cashiers as needed and must have a high tolerance to outdoor weather elements and stand for long periods of time. Shift times vary, weekends and holidays required. 

Must pay for and pass the Jeff Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program administered by LLI. Training and testing consists of physical and written ability and knowledge. Must be able to work outdoors, exposed to summer weather elements and able to stand/walk for long periods of time. Ability to demonstrate maturity during training, during shifts and demonstrate ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsible for the daily operation of the gift shop and providing exceptional customer service to guests. Previous retail knowledge preferred; cash handling/register, restocking, tagging merchandise. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Possess great guest services skills, ability to work outdoors, exposed to summer weather elements and able to stand for long periods of time. Shift times vary, weekends and holidays required.

Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all Clubhouse common areas, including restrooms.  General repair may be required.
Must have customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.

Must have computer knowledge; MS Office with ability to learn new software; Shipping/Receiving/Purchasing & FedEx. Great communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs repeatedly, 50 lbs occasionally and work in a fast-paced environment; multi-task and prioritize workload. Preferred minimum of 2 years experience in receiving, shipping, customer service, quality control and purchasing with ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsible for the cleanliness of all public restrooms. Stock supplies and record inventory. Must be mature, detail oriented and committed to a standard of excellence.  Able to lift and carry 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods of time. Shift times vary, weekends and holidays required.

Prefer culinary students still enrolled in school or recent graduates. Opportunity for externship for those who have not completed. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs., read and communicate in English; good math skills. Good knife skills and ability to read recipes and follow instructions. Will be working in all food and beverage outlets- Legacy Lodge, Banquets, Weddings and Lanier World. Shift times vary, weekends and holidays availability is required.
