Legacy Lodge Kitchen Garde Manger

Previous experience required. Ability to prepare all the components of cold appetizers, ranging from salads to cheese plates and present them wonderfully. Excellent knife skills and should be an expert in dicing, carving and chopping; able to do simple carvings and garnishes. Work in coordination with other line cooks, be a team player. Must be well organized with great presentation and sanatation skills. Available to work weekends and holidays.

Windows Restaurant Server

Must have previous experience in fast paced full-service restaurants with POS systems; MICROS preferred. Cleanliness and organizational skills, reliable and dependable, great communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., replenish condiments as necessary and reset tables as needed.  Available to work weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. Islands Security Security Officer

Previous security detail experience is required. Must have great guest services skills, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to complete daily status reports, guest incident and employee incident reports. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Weekends and holidays availability required. Must be available all shifts. PART-TIME POSITION ALSO AVAILABLE.

Audio/Visual A/V Technician

Experience in configuring, setting-up all systems within subsections of Audio, Video and Lighting. Knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues, instantly pinpointing faults and remedy during an event under Audio, Video and Lighting; with great knowledge of electrical equipment/IT. Knowledge and experience in MS Office applications and Windows. Knowledge to install a printer, scanner, internet connectivity. Must have strong communication and customer service skills and ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. Commitment and ability to work on flexible shifts, weekends and holidays included.

Windows Restaurant Buffet Attendant

Responsible for set-up & breakdown of buffet, replenishing food items in a timely manner. Ensure proper temperatures are kept at proper levels. Maintain the buffet area neat, clean and well organized. Able to communicate effectively with BOH and FOH staff of all needs. Assist guests at buffet and serving at table as needed. Must have great guest service skills and provide great service to our standards with a smile. Previous serving experience preferred, must be at least 18 years of age.

Hotel Sales Small Meetings Manager

Solicit, negotiate, contract and detail small meeting events with and without overnight sleeping rooms. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years hotel group sales experience in an upscale hotel or resort environment.    Strong organization and detailing skills. Solicitation of new sales leads by cold calling and direct mail with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Office Delphi or similar hotel sales software desired. Experience in the catering and conference services market a plus.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Available to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Rooms Bell Stand Attendant

Previous bell stand (valet) experience preferred, must be at least 21 YEARS OF AGE with valid driver's license and good driving history. Escort arriving and departing guests in a friendly, courteous manner to and from their accommodations, transporting their luggage; able to lift and carry luggage. Acquaint each Guest with room and features. Transport guests by shuttle, trolley, golf cart, must maintain cleanliness of all vehicles. Legacy Lodge Revenue Manager

2-3 years previous management experience and previous hotel, destination resort, reservations or industry related experience. Excellent time management and project management skills. Ability to achieve defined objectives with minimum supervision. Presentation of self to ownership and ability to speak cohesively in regards to trends, rates, occupancy, packages, suggestions, and do so at a level of communication of confidence and accuracy of data. Able to interact and effectively communicate with all members of staff and management; Excellent written and oral communication skills. Possess a strong background and interest in business data analysis. Proficient in Excel.
Working knowledge of OPERA Property Management System and Delphi Sales & Marketing System & MyFidelio.

Islands Maintenance Electrician

To maintain, repair and install electrical equipment and systems throughout the entire property to ensure safe and proper operation. Electrical, plumbing, commercial wiring knowledge required. Must have basic mechanical skills related to HVAC systems, boilers, pumps and general maintenance skills.  Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Valid driver's license with good driving history. 

Golf Course Maintenance Golf Course Foreman

Assist with the direction and supervision of the golf course and maintenance team as determined by the Golf Course Superintendent. Previous general maintenance knowledge of turf grass management, plant management and golf course operation including proper use of equipment, spray, fertilizer, etc. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Treatment Operator

Under general supervision, performs technical work; performing preventive maintenance and reading various gauges and meters, collecting lab samples, and performing required analysis and tests. Requires working in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility with repetitive hand movements. Must comply with all company and department regulations. Must be able to perform strenuous work in dusty, wet, hot and dry environments.

Windows Restaurant Cook

Primary responsibility to produce breakfast buffet and a'la carte items. Will assist in lunch and banquet production, cold prep and work omelet stations in Window restaurant and on banquet and holiday buffets. Must be familiar with dry and moist cooking methods; presentation of hot foods. Able to read written instructions, able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Available every weekday, every shift to include weekends and holidays.

Maintenance Plumber

To maintain, repair and install plumbing systems, fixtures and equipment to ensure proper and safe operations. Maintains, repairs and replaces water. steam. gas and draining pipes within the facility to ensure proper operation and functions of piping systems. Assist with contractor request for temporary water supplies or shutting off of water, steam and gas supplies.

Human Resources Recruiter / Trainer

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Must have well developed presentation and public-speaking skills, excellent planning and time-management skills with strong organizational skills. Must be clerical savvy; administrative skills required. Hospitality Experience highly preferred.

Human Resources or Management experience. Knowledge of policies and practices involved in human resources functions, including recruitment, selection, training, and promotion regulations and procedures. Must have previous experience in a 'la carte or quick service restaurant operation. Ability to saute, fry, grill, steam a variety of foods, follow recipes and able to rotate product. Food & Beverage Director

In charge of all Food and Beverage staff at the Hotel and throughout the Islands, the Food & Beverage directs, controls and develops all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation in accordance with LLI standards, policies and procedures.Maintains quality goals, specifically by appropriate and persistent follow-up on personal observation, in-house manager's observation/reports, guest comments and external quality reports. Five to eight years of experience covering all areas of Food and Beverage.

Rooms Night Manager

Responsible for all hotel operations during overnight shift hours, focusing on Front Office operations, night audit and hotel safety/security. Assist the Front Office Manager in all aspects of the department including but not limited to operations, planning, budgeting, staffing and payroll in accordance with hotel policies and procedures. To inlcude responsibility for reception, checking guests in and out, taking reservations and dealing with telephone enquiries. Leadership/management experience in an upscale resort/hotel.

F&B Outlets Sous Chef

Supervision of the daily operation within all F&B outlets outside of the resort ; ensuring presentation specifications and quality standards are correctly followed. Previous experience within hotel or resort with culinary degree or certification, food safety certified preferred. Able to follow and communicate safety and sanitation policies. Harbor Landing Boat Captain

Operate group boats and other boats as requested for guests of Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Assist dock staff with up keep on boats by informing the Harbor Manager. Must have a valid 100 Ton Masters License from USCG, previous captain experience. Great guest services experience is required.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Server

Previous full-service restaurant experience, must be friendly and have organizational and cleanliness skills. Available to work long hours, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work well with others, work outdoors in summer elements and work under pressure.  Basic bar drinks knowledge helpful. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. 

Spa, Tranquility Massage Therapist

Must possess excellent communication skills and provide product knowledge, administer professional massages and body treatments to our clients. Ability to maintain spa appearance and cleanliness while upholding to our standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and follow policies and procedures. Must hold and maintain a current state license. Be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities and have knowledge of physiology. Ability to promote and up-sell products and services.

Banquets Server
