Banquets Captain

Experienced Banquet Captain with a proven track record of organization, leadership, attention to details, pre-planning and excellent communication skills. Must be able to provide consistency in service standards. Ability to work in fast paced environment with supervisory experience and ability to lead a diverse team. Available all shifts to include weekends and holidays. 

Housekeeping LakeHouses Supervisor

Previous supervisory experience, housekeeping knowledge and excellent guest services skills. Housekeeping experience required. Must have great communication skills and able to work well with staff and ability to train. Position requires rooms / lake houses inspections while adhering to established cleaning standards. Previous hotel/resort experience and bilingual preferred; English and Spanish. Basic computer knowledge; Outlook and Word. Available to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Stewarding Chief Steward

Supervise and coordinate activities of storeroom, dishroom and non-cooking kitchen workers including dishwashers and stewards. Must inspect kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Areas of responsibilities include dishwashing and warewashing operations, report food delivery, kitchen and storage area cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, banquet plating and food running. Must have 4 years experience in the procurement, F&B, culinary, or related professional area. Previous management/supervisory skills.

Golf Course Maintenance Equipment Operator

Previous golf maintenance (Turf Grass) experience preferred, must perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance, mainly semiskilled ground construction, preparation and maintenance work. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to operate powered mowing equipment, hand tools and complete daily manual labor, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Legacy Lodge Front Desk Supervisor

Oversee the responsibilities of the Front Desk and Front Office staff  to ensure that the guests are being serviced in a professional and competent manner. Assist in scheduling and delegating work to the Front Desk, Reservations, & PBX. Oversee daily operational issues. Previous experience is required, must be available all shifts, weekends and holidays included.

Hotel Maintenance General Maintenance

Must have previous general maintenance knowledge, skills and experience in plumbing, A/C, carpentry, mechanical and electrical. Ability to drive company vehicles; must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Weekend availability required.

Housekeeping House Person

Assist Room Attendants in the cleaning of guest rooms and hallways, able to vacuum/mop, empty trash bins, stocking/organizing storage closets, replenish linens, assist in laundry area. Front Gates Attendant

Must have great communication skills and guest service skills. Direct guest to proper destinations. The collection and accurate reporting of fees and traffic.  Maintain effective communications with Public Safety officers and other island personnel. Maintain radio, key, dispatch logs, and incident log. Monday - Sunday availability and weekends/holidays.

Housekeeping Common Area Attendant

Maintain cleanliness in public areas to include designated office spaces, retail shops within the lodge. Assure all restrooms are clean and in sanitary conditions. Previous cleaning/housekeeping experience in a hotel/resort required, must have excellent communication skills and guest service skills. Legacy Lodge Reservations Agent

Must have excellent communication, phone etiquette and guest service skills. Previous OPERA knowledge highly preferred with experience in making reservations and staying well informed of all resort amenities, must have organizational and time management skills.  Must be willing to cross-train in other areas of the Front Office. Shift times primarily evenings and most weekends, holidays availability is required.

Weddings Weddings & Social Events Coordinator

Handle all details of definite events including menu planning, upselling of F&B, coordination of A/V, banquet event orders, obtaining guarantees, changes, distribute resumes, coordinate VIPs, rooming lists and other details required to execute a successful event. Detail oriented, extremely organized with proven history handling large social events and multiple events at one time while able to work effectively under time constraints. Prior experience in the field of hospitality with experience in catering and at least 1 year in event planning. Proficient in MS Office products; Word, Excel and Delphi knowledge. Able to assist in clerical duties. Must be available Tues-Sat, evenings as needed.

Rooms Bell Stand Attendant

Must be 21 years of age or older. Must have the ability to stand for long periods and have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Exceptional customer service and communication skills required. Legacy Lodge Kitchen Garde Manger Supervisor

Previous experience in hotel, resort or club. Pantry/Garde Manager/ Banquet experience of minimum 3 years.  Previous Supervisory level experience preferred.  Able to produce quality cold presentations including seafood, cheese, fruit and crudités; dessert displays; deli platters etc.  AOS in Culinary Arts of graduate of ACF Apprenticeship a plus.  Able to manager guest experience through directing cold kitchen team to create fresh and high quality foods.  Strong math and communication skills needed and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Banquet Kitchen Culinary Supervisor

Hands on lead cook position in a'la carte and banquet operations. Work with Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to maintain food quality, associate productivity, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Will be skilled in all cooking techniques, cold food presentation and volume production and pssess good communication and math skills. Must be available Mon-Sun, 6 a.m - 10 p.m., to include holidays. 

Golf Course Maintenance Golf Course Foreman

Assist with the direction and supervision of the golf course and maintenance team as determined by the Golf Course Superintendent. Previous general maintenance knowledge of turf grass management, plant management and golf course operation including proper use of equipment, spray, fertilizer, etc. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Treatment Operator

Under general supervision, performs technical work; performing preventive maintenance and reading various gauges and meters, collecting lab samples, and performing required analysis and tests. Requires working in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility with repetitive hand movements. Must comply with all company and department regulations. Must be able to perform strenuous work in dusty, wet, hot and dry environments.

Finance Controller

Responsible for overseeing and performing a variety of duties related to the daily and monthly accounting process. Must have previous experience in all accounting principles. Ability to analyze P&L and make recommendations for cost controls- research areas of concern. Provide analysis for pricing decisions and contract negotiations. Assist in preparation of budgets and financial forecasts and reporting and assist in inventory counts each month and quarter as needed. Previous knowledge and experience in review status of accounts receivables on a regular basis.

Knowledgeable with current hospitality accounting procedures and hotel systems; OPERA, MY Fidelio, Micros and Delphi. Preparation of financial statements and related disclosures. Self-starter. Maintenance HVAC Technician

Perform corrective repairs and complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and associated equipment.
Ability to complete project / work orders efficiently; perform timely and quality repairs. Ability to use basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products. Maintains tools, supplies and / or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of these items and that they are constantly in a safe and operable condition. Must be a dedicated team player while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Must have HVAC training or certification and have HVAC experience. Valid Georgia Driver's license with a good record required.

Will assist guest with loading/unloading golf bags/equipment from guest vehicles and golf carts. Collect golf balls on practice range and return to clubhouse. Assist Pros and Starter/Rangers with group outings. Golf experience/knowledge preferred. Must be available weekends all days/shifts. MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A VALID GA DRIVER'S LICENSE with good driving history.

Lodge Gift Shop Sales Associate

Ability to maintain a presentable retail outlet. Provide friendly service; must have exceptional guest service and retail experience and organizational skills. Laundry Attendant

Must be able to operate laundry machines, previous experience preferred. Sort and treat linens, wash and dry linens, fold linens according to standard. Able to provide great customer service is required, must be available for PM shift (3 pm-11pm) to include weekends and holidays.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Available to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Lanier World F&B F&B Supervisor

Previous F&B experience along with supervisory skills to include training, scheduling and over seeing a fast-paced environment. Must have great organizational and cleanliness skills. Able to maintain inventory on products and know basic math skills. Must have flexible schedule availability as shift times vary, weekends and holidays availability is required. Previous hotel experience in prep and banquets or equivalent high volume restaurant experience. Excellent knife skills, ability to produce high quality of foods using all cooking methods. Lanier World Admissions/Rentals Supervisors

Responsible for overseeing the admissions/rental staff; hiring, training and scheduling. Ensure guest service within department is exceptional. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Must have previous experience in high volume cash accounting situation, at minimum heavy high volume cashier experience. Attention to detail and organizational skills is a must. Must pay for and pass the Jeff Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program administered by LLI. Training and testing consists of physical and written ability and knowledge. Greet golf players in a friendly manner while being sure that they are fully informed on the 1st tee of pace of play policies, course conditions, yardage markers, rest room locations and all other pertinent information.  Enforce golf rules as necessary in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

Spa, Tranquility Massage Therapist

Must possess excellent communication skills and provide product knowledge, administer professional massages and body treatments to our clients. Ability to maintain spa appearance and cleanliness while upholding to our standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and follow policies and procedures. Must hold and maintain a current state license. Be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities and have knowledge of physiology. Ability to promote and up-sell products and services.
