Department Position Description
Golf Course Maintenance Equipment Operator

Previous golf maintenance (Turf Grass) experience preferred, must perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance, mainly semiskilled ground construction, preparation and maintenance work. Must have a valid driver's license with good driving history. Able to operate powered mowing equipment, hand tools and complete daily manual labor, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Some weekends are required.  AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Legacy Lodge Kitchen Garde Manger

Previous experience required. Ability to prepare all the components of cold appetizers, ranging from salads to cheese plates and present them wonderfully. Excellent knife skills and should be an expert in dicing, carving and chopping; able to do simple carvings and garnishes. Work in coordination with other line cooks, be a team player. Must be well organized with great presentation and sanatation skills. Available to work weekends and holidays.

Windows Restaurant Server

Must have previous experience in fast paced full-service restaurants with POS systems; MICROS preferred. Cleanliness and organizational skills, reliable and dependable, great communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., replenish condiments as necessary and reset tables as needed.  Available to work weekends and holidays. AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. Housekeeping House Person

Assist Room Attendants in the cleaning of guest rooms and hallways, able to vacuum/mop, empty trash bins, stocking/organizing storage closets, replenish linens, assist in laundry area. Must have great guest service skills. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Previous related experience/training required. Weekends and holidays availability required.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Previous housekeeping experience with ability to follow housekeeping procedures clean guest rooms/houses/villas assigned and within our standards. Maintain storage areas organized. Must be able to clean and finish assigned areas within daily scheduled shift, must have great customer service skills. Available to work all shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Islands Maintenance Electrician

To maintain, repair and install electrical equipment and systems throughout the entire property to ensure safe and proper operation. Electrical, plumbing, commercial wiring knowledge required. Must have basic mechanical skills related to HVAC systems, boilers, pumps and general maintenance skills.  Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Valid driver's license with good driving history. 

Banquet Kitchen Culinary Supervisor

Hands on lead cook position in a'la carte and banquet operations. Work with Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to maintain food quality, associate productivity, cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Will be skilled in all cooking techniques, cold food presentation and volume production and pssess good communication and math skills. Must be available Mon-Sun, 6 a.m - 10 p.m., to include holidays. 

Golf Course Maintenance Golf Course Foreman

Assist with the direction and supervision of the golf course and maintenance team as determined by the Golf Course Superintendent. Previous general maintenance knowledge of turf grass management, plant management and golf course operation including proper use of equipment, spray, fertilizer, etc. Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Wastewater Treatment Plant Treatment Operator

Under general supervision, performs technical work; performing preventive maintenance and reading various gauges and meters, collecting lab samples, and performing required analysis and tests. Requires working in varying temperatures. Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods of time. Must have flexibility with repetitive hand movements. Must comply with all company and department regulations. Must be able to perform strenuous work in dusty, wet, hot and dry environments.

Windows Restaurant Cook

Primary responsibility to produce breakfast buffet and a'la carte items. Will assist in lunch and banquet production, cold prep and work omelet stations in Window restaurant and on banquet and holiday buffets. Must be familiar with dry and moist cooking methods; presentation of hot foods. Able to read written instructions, able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Available every weekday, every shift to include weekends and holidays.

Maintenance Plumber

To maintain, repair and install plumbing systems, fixtures and equipment to ensure proper and safe operations. Maintains, repairs and replaces water. steam. gas and draining pipes within the facility to ensure proper operation and functions of piping systems. Assist with contractor request for temporary water supplies or shutting off of water, steam and gas supplies.

Human Resources Recruiter / Trainer

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Must have well developed presentation and public-speaking skills, excellent planning and time-management skills with strong organizational skills. Must be clerical savvy; administrative skills required. Hospitality Experience highly preferred.

Human Resources or Management experience. Knowledge of policies and practices involved in human resources functions, including recruitment, selection, training, and promotion regulations and procedures. Bullfrogs Bar & Grille Line Cook

Must have previous experience in a 'la carte or quick service restaurant operation. Ability to saute, fry, grill, steam a variety of foods, follow recipes and able to rotate product. Willing to learn and follow proper open/close procdures. Must have cleanliness, organizational and great communication skills, ability to work well with others, be reliable and dependable. Food & Beverage Director

In charge of all Food and Beverage staff at the Hotel and throughout the Islands, the Food & Beverage directs, controls and develops all aspects of the Food & Beverage operation in accordance with LLI standards, policies and procedures.Maintains quality goals, specifically by appropriate and persistent follow-up on personal observation, in-house manager's observation/reports, guest comments and external quality reports. Five to eight years of experience covering all areas of Food and Beverage.

Harbor Landing Boat Captain

Operate group boats and other boats as requested for guests of Lake Lanier Islands Resort. Assist dock staff with up keep on boats by informing the Harbor Manager. Must have a valid 100 Ton Masters License from USCG, previous captain experience. Great guest services experience is required.

BullFrogs Bar & Grille Server Assistant (Busser)

Outstanding work ethic with guest services skills, able to multi-task, work well under pressure and be a team player. Available to work all days/shifts, able to work weekends and holidays and willing to work long hours.  Some heavy lifting/carrying required up to 75 lbs.

Spa, Tranquility Massage Therapist

Must possess excellent communication skills and provide product knowledge, administer professional massages and body treatments to our clients. Ability to maintain spa appearance and cleanliness while upholding to our standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and follow policies and procedures. Must hold and maintain a current state license. Be proficient in various body work techniques and modalities and have knowledge of physiology. Ability to promote and up-sell products and services.
