So what can you expect when you come to a Land & Sea Buffet?

There's a big simmering pot of goodness in the kitchen this weekend, and it's called Lobster Bisque. You'll love it when you load up your plate with boiled peel-and-eat shrimp, hickory smoked salmon with tomato-caper aioli, and marinated cilingene and tomato salad with artichoke, fennel, tuscan sausage and cheeses from our antipasto displays. There are plenty of salads for a healthier option, or you can check out our Action Station for some cheesy grits loaded with Andouille sausage, Creole chicken, hickory-smoked bacon and more! Why not try one of our summertime dinner staples, which are always on the buffet! Choose from snow crab legs, batter-fried shrimp, barbequed pork back ribs, sizzling rotisserie chicken, or carved rib of Angus beef!

On Fridays, our specials are grilled hanger steak with a red wine sauce, coriander-grilled swordfish, and mushroom ricotta ravioli.

On Saturdays, our specials are grilled Delmonico steak, Sheep's Head snapper with grapefruit butter sauce, and spinach and Feta-stuffed ravioli.

Can life get better? Of course it can! We've got fresh-baked breads and rolls with butter and our own peach and blueberry muffins just for you! Finish off with an amazing array of cakes, pies, parfaits, cookies and more!
