Healthy Eating Menus:
The Creative Chef’s inside the Lake Lanier Islands kitchens have unveiled their new healthy bill of fare. As veterans of distinguished culinary institutes and Atlanta fine dining, our chefs have taken pains to deliver surprising, nourishing dishes that make eating healthy both easy and delicious. Come discover the reinvention of healthy eating.
Themed Events:
We take great delight in setting a mood through food. Our catering experts are masters of creativity, and enjoy the opportunity to design unique dining experiences just about anywhere on the resort. We can invent themed dinners to fit the premise of your meeting. For example, for a meeting based around team building, a beachside luau and pig roast followed by a fun volleyball tournament may be a wonderful way to cap off your event. At Lake Lanier Islands Resort, the options are endless!
The Culinary Experience:
This Cooking Class Competition is for groups of 10 – 40 people in teams with up to 4 members per team, with a chef hat and apron included! The Executive Chef performs an instructional class on culinary terms and styles and then each team will be given a recipe and all ingredients to prepare a 3-course meal. Hotel culinary staff will judge the results of each team based on taste, presentation, creativity, and authenticity of original recipe. Prizes may be awarded and are determined by the client.
Excursion Yacht Events:
The Island Queen and The Island Princess offer a unique dining experience unmatched in Georgia.
The Island Queen can host up to 65 passengers and includes a luxury, enclosed cabin with full-service catering and bar capabilities, two restrooms, a formal seating area, and an upper party deck with seating and partial cover.
The Island Princess is the crown jewel of Harbor Landing’s excursion yachts. Perfect for weddings, corporate retreats and meetings or sunset cruises, it accommodates up to 149 passengers and features a luxury enclosed cabin with catering and bar service, two restrooms, a formal seating and dining area, and a partially covered upper party deck.
Islands Outings:
Whether planning a company picnic, a family reunion, theme party, or other special event, Lake Lanier Islands Resort can tailor a one-of-a-kind experience for groups ranging from 10 to over 5,000. Private pavilions provide a home base for meals and friendly competitions of horseshoes and volleyball. There is no greater value or more beautiful setting.
Our team is experienced at handling a wide variety of events including: picnics, special events, teambuilding, bi-athlon and tri-athlon, customer appreciation events, family reunions, social events, birthday parties, Beach & Water Park Group tickets, and much more.
We also offer all-inclusive picnic packages with a wide variety of menu selections, recreational and entertainment options, and flexibility.
